Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of ofrezo.es, a local services directory for Valencia and Castellón where professionals and small businesses ("advertisers") publish listings and visitors ("users") browse them and contact them directly. ofrezo connects both parties; it is not a party to any contract they may enter into, nor does it take part in paying for the advertised service.

• To publish listings you must be over 18 and create an account with truthful details. You can register with email and password or, when available, with Google or Facebook.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account. Tell us at admin@ofrezo.es if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account; your listings and data will be erased as described in the privacy policy.

4. Publishing listings

• Publishing a basic listing is free, with no commission on the jobs you get.
• Listings go live immediately and our team reviews them afterwards. Later changes to title, description or photos are also reviewed.
• Only lawful services provided in the provinces of Valencia and Castellón are accepted. Regulated activities (health, legal, installations requiring certification, etc.) may only be advertised if the advertiser holds the relevant authorisation.
• The advertiser guarantees that the information is truthful and current, that photos are their own or properly licensed, and that no third-party personal data is included.
• It is forbidden to publish unlawful, misleading, offensive or discriminatory content, duplicate listings or links to fraudulent sites, or to use the platform to send unsolicited communications to other users.
• The advertiser is solely responsible for the services offered, their quality and prices, and for meeting their own tax and professional obligations.

5. Moderation and reports

We may review, recategorise, pause or remove any listing that breaches these terms or the law, and suspend the account in case of serious or repeated breaches, without prior notice. Any user can report a listing from its page; reports are reviewed within a reasonable time and the advertiser is informed when a listing is removed.

6. Featured listings

When available, advertisers will be able to buy a featured position for their listing under these conditions:

• Price: €5 per month, VAT included.
• Payment: by card through the Stripe payment platform. ofrezo does not store card details.
• Duration and renewal: monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. No minimum term.
• Cancellation: at any time from My account. The listing stays featured until the end of the paid period and is not charged again.
• Right of withdrawal: you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw by writing to admin@ofrezo.es. As the service starts immediately with your express consent, the unused part of the period will be refunded pro rata.
• Invoice: you will receive an invoice for each charge at your account email.
• Featuring a listing improves its position and visibility; it does not guarantee a number of contacts or jobs.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its code and the "ofrezo" brand belong to the owner. By publishing content you grant the owner a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce and display it on ofrezo.es and in its search-engine and social-media results while the listing is published.

8. Liability

We work to keep the site continuously available but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings, for the quality or outcome of services contracted between users and advertisers, or for damages arising from that relationship. Nothing above limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, if the change is relevant to advertisers, notify them by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the site after that period means accepting the new terms.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence and the consumer bodies of their region. For any complaint: admin@ofrezo.es.
